Valley Lab has the most current and most accurate equipment for testing your juice, must or wine to obtain valuable information on your product. These include Residual Sugars by enzymatic spectrophotometry, Alcohols by Volume using Gas Chromatography, Malic Acid/Lactic Acid levels by colorimetry, Free Sulfites by aeration/oxidation, brix, pH, TA, VA, Brettanomyces (Ethylene Glycol), and many others.
